Prosecutors said he took bribes and kickbacks in a scheme to sell bandages to Stroger Hospital.
It is the third time Medrano has been found guilty in a corruption case.
Even though he pleaded guilty in this case, there is no deal for prison time.
Prosecutors will ask for about 20 years.
