Stolen puppies returned unharmed

Three puppies that were stolen within a week of each other have been returned unharmed.

Earlier Sunday, at a pet shop in St. Louis, a man dropped off a kennel with the three puppies and walked out.

A veterinarian looked at the dogs and says they are in great health.

Last week, two puppies were stolen from two pet stores in Naperville and Bolingbrook.

Days earlier, a puppy was stolen from a pet shop in St. Louis.

Police believe the thefts are related and are looking at surveillance video.
