First it will add a decal on the pad where people tap to pay their fares.
Some people have been missing the exact location for the tap, so the decal will be added on each bus and turnstile.
It has a yellow circle to show where to tap.
Also, Ventra pay pads will be re-positioned on CTA buses, so that they directly face customers as they get on the bus.
The CTA says that should help improve passenger flow onto the buses.
