A Rosenberg, Texas, police officer pulls his squad car into an apartment complex where a young boy is flipping a football in his hands. In the video, the boy walks off screen left and then goes out for a pass.
The officer is playing catch with the kid, and Rosenberg police says it's how they want officers to reach out to children in their community.
