Prosecutors say Elizabeth Kruger sped from an accident scene then crashed into another vehicle before her SUV struck a home. Her infant was in the vehicle.
It happened Tuesday in Burbank.
Police say Kruger was trying to kill herself and her child.
Both suffered non- life threatening injuries.
