Barrington Honor Run and Ride for Ride 2 Recovery

BARRINGTON, Ill. -- Ride 2 Recovery is a non-profit organization that provides physical and mental rehabilitation through cycling for injured veterans. On Sunday, August 17, 2014, cyclists are coming together in northwest suburban Barrington for the family-friendly 4th Annual Barrington Honor Ride & Run, which supports Ride 2 Recovery. Emily Granacher, Marketing Director of Ride 2 Recovery, and Mark Konicek, Barrington Honor Ride and Run Volunteer Organizer, joined us live from the ride event in Barrington during our ABC 7 Eyewitness News Sunday Morning to tell us about the event, which includes a kid's ride, helmet fittings, games and great giveaways.
