Basketball game held to bring together police and Auburn Gresham community

CHICAGO (WLS) -- In an effort to help curb the violence in Chicago, St. Sabina Church hosted a peace basketball game Saturday afternoon.

Chicago police officers played basketball with neighborhood residents.

Afterward, they shared a meal together and discussed ways to build trust and better relationships within the community.
