7 injured in crash on I-55 in southwest suburbs

BOLINGBROOK, Ill. (WLS) -- Seven people were injured - two seriously - in an accident involving four vehicles on northbound I-55 near I-355 around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Illinois State Police said.

All northbound lanes of I-55 were blocked Tuesday afternoon as crews worked to clear the crash.

No additional details have been released.
