Carjacking suspect who died jumping off I-290 identified

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A suspect in a west suburban carjacking who jumped to his death from an overpass along the Eisenhower Expressway on Friday was a 17-year old from Chicago, police said.

Police chased four people suspected in a carjacking in west suburban Hillside Friday night.

The suspects stopped at the overpass on Harlem Ave. and got out of the car.

Investigators said that's when Tyrece Coleman jumped from the overpass trying to escape police.

Officers arrested two other suspects. A fourth got away.
