When an unsuspecting New Jersey family opened their door to find four carolers, dressed in late 19th century garb, they all gathered around to enjoy the holiday music. But that was only just the beginning of what became the most epic Christmas caroling ever. Watch below.

Within seconds of the family gathering to see the quartet perform, they were shocked to see the group quickly increase in size to include a 20-person brass orchestra, 13-member choir and dance team of snowmen and Santas, all producing epic musical cheer on their front lawn.
New York-based Improv Everywhere, a collective of improvisational actors known for producing elaborate pranks on the unsuspecting public, created the video in a partnership with Target. Within two days the video has amassed more than 260,000 views.
Each prank of Improv Everywhere -- called a mission -- gathers volunteers in the New York area to engage and interact a ridiculous, yet pretty harmless, scene in public.
