Illinois USO celebrates milestone at Navy Pier gala

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The USO has been helping military service members and their families for 75 years.

Sunday night, the USO of Illinois celebrated that milestone during its annual gala at Navy Pier.

During the event, the late Robin Williams was honored for his work entertaining American troops.
