Third person charged in fatal robbery attempt of Moline man

MOLINE, Ill. A warrant was filed Wednesday charging 18-year-old Devonta McCaw of Rock Island with a single count of attempted armed robbery. McCaw was not in custody as of Wednesday evening.

The same charge has been filed against 20-year-old Andre Allen Richardson Junior, and 21-year-old Jeffery Banks.

Little was shot during the robbery attempt outside his apartment on May 31.

Police said they don't believe it was a random shooting and as many as four people were involved, including Richardson, Banks and McCaw.
