January 7, 2009 (CHICAGO) --Testimony began Wednesday in the trial of a man accused of murdering his boss over a poor job evaluation. Attorneys for Tom Tuduj say he was not in the right state of mind when Gary Poter was murdered 2 1/2 years ago. They say Tuduj was depressed and sleep deprived when he stabbed his boss at the Poter Construction and Development Company on Chicago's Northwest Side.
Wednesday, the victim's family listened as Tuduj's videotaped confession was played in court.
Prosecutors say the murder was fueled by pure rage and disgruntlement.
