The shooting happened near Turner's home in the 8100 block of South Eberhart just before 4 a.m. Friday.
The victim's wife credits police for their quick identification of the suspect.
'I really, really appreciate that they got out there, got the surveillance and the tapes and caught my husband's killer, and that I have peace," Janice Turner said.
Grady appeared in bond court Sunday.
Turner's funeral is scheduled for Saturday.
