One of the cars had a flat tire. The driver and a passenger got out to fix the tire. Then, the passenger was apparently run over by the other car, described as a white BMW.
The victim, a 41-year-old Cicero man, was also shot twice in the chest. He is in serious condition.
Police are searching for the BMW.
