A woman in the area observed the man speaking with the girl and approached to ask the girl if everything was okay. The subject then drove off in an unknown direction.
Police describe the subject as a Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old with short/thinning dark hair. He has brown eyes and facial hair. He has a medium complexion, an average build and was wearing a blue or black and white striped shirt.
The suspect never exited the car and the girl was not touched or injured during the encounter.
Police urge parents to remind their children not to speak with strangers and to avoid approaching unknown vehicles.
