One of the people who questioned the board is the daughter of Maurice Dailey. He is a defendant in the Burr Oak case. Dailey's daughter told the panel the cemetery should have trained its workers on what do if they encounter any remains. She took issue with the allegations against her father.
"The cemetery is littered with bones. Who is crazy enough to steal money, move bodies and dump the bones on top of the ground? Somebody must have been because that's what sheriff dart found. That's what Sheriff Dart filed," said Tamara Dailey, defendant's daughter.
Dailey contends her father was just doing what he was told by his bosses at Burr Oak. She told the panel the investigation was overblown.
