The teen is slightly developmentally disabled. He lives in the 2800-block of South Archer and went missing from the 4700-block of South Union Monday after getting off a school bus at Tilden High School. He never made it to class.
Michael was last seen wearing a black skull cap, a black wool jacket and a black zip-up hoodie. He was also wearing a white polo shirt, a white t-shirt, a brown belt, black Dickie pants and black Doc Marten shoes.
