Even if a claim has been filed with the Cook County sheriff or with the cemetery that doesn't mean a claim has been filed with the bankruptcy court. Those claims should be filed by April 7.
If you miss that deadline, you still may be able to participate in recovery but you might be prevented from questioning the court order or voting on the reorganization.
The deadline is not related to other court proceedings involving Burr Oak.
