Chicago Lights Tutoring is a program that provides academic and emotional support to hundreds of students every school year. The heart of the program is the personal, long-term relationships that are formed between students and volunteer tutors.

Tutor Tobias James visits ABC7 Chicago with his student, fourth-grader Trevor Scott, to tell more about the program.
