October 17, 2010 (RIVERDALE, Ill.) --Riverdale authorities say they have convened a task force to investigate the death of a south suburban businessman.Melvin Burnside, 51, was shot at his home early Thursday. Police had made no arrest as of Sunday night. Authorities say they hope the task force will help solve the crime.
Burnside was a co-owner of Reese's Lounge on West 87th Street in Chicago. A sketch of the possible suspect was released last week.
A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
