Morales went missing from the 2300-block of North Kedzie Tuesday.
Morales recently had heart surgery. He was last seen leaving his home in his vehicle, a burgundy 1994 Oldsmobile with the Illinois license plate number 3285890. He was headed to Illinois Masonic Hospital for physical therapy.
Morales was wearing a cream-colored shirt with suspenders, blue sweater and dark blue pants.
