That takes place March 11-14 in Napa Valley, California, at the Culinary Institute of America. Bahena won the regional contest with his Mediterranean Lamb Loin, and he showed how to make his elaborate meal during his visit in our ABC7 studio.

Bahena will compete against nine other regional winners for a chance to win up to $20,000 in prizes and a paid apprenticeship from one of the participating chef judges.
