The dance marathon will be 13.1 hours long to represent the length of an actual marathon in miles. Dancers are asked to raise a minimum of $500 as part of their participation.
One of the dancers, six-year-old Rosie Colucci, also known as "Rosie the Rock Star," is inspiring a lot of people to sign up. Rosie has an inoperable brain tumor.
She visited the ABC7 studio to talk about the dance marathon and to show off her dance moves and rap talent!
