Rest up before Daylight Saving Time starts

This is the weekend that Daylight Saving Time kicks in.

If you want to spare yourself from being excessively tired, the key is to get enough sleep in advance.

Experts say make sure you are well rested before the switch on March 13th.

You can also take a nap on Sunday afternoon if you feel you need to and you have the time.

And avoid napping within a few hours of your regular bedtime. That could disrupt your nighttime sleep, which would make you feel even worse.
