Police have not released details on what may have caused the two-vehicle crash. It was snowing at the time.
A 39-year-old man from Chicago was killed. Allswell Osuji of the 1000-block of W. Montrose Ave., was the driver of a vehicle that crashed, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
Osuji was pronounced dead at 11:12 p.m. Wednesday at North Shore University Health System in Evanston, according to the medical examiner's office.
