Royal Frosting

Royal Frosting
Makes about 2 cups

1 box (16 oz) Confectioners' Sugar
3 tblsps Powdered Egg Whites (Just Whites)
6 tblsps Warm Water
Food coloring (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.
Increase the speed to high and beat until smooth and thick (the frosting may be tinted at this time).

Use as directed in the recipe.
