Beth Urschell lost her partner Tammy Van Dam, who was killed when the rigging collapsed.
Urschell herself received multiple injuries.
Thursday, a study concluded the rigging didn't meet industry safety standards.
Seven died and dozens were injured.
"I'm reminded every day and every day I think of the loss I had and if we just hadn't gone she'd still be here," Urschell said.
Urschell says her injuries cost her job and said she still suffers from flashbacks and panic attacks.
