March for Babies

April 29, 2012 March of Dimes' annual Marches for Babies took place in Chicago's Grant Park, in Bolingbrook, Elk Grove Village, Naperville and south suburban Midlothian.

At the latter event, we spoke to ambassador mom Amy Tully and community director Caitlin Del-Guidice live during our ABC7 News Sunday Morning.

According to the March of Dimes, one in eight babies born in the U.S. is born prematurely, and prematurity is the leading cause of newborn death in the first month of life. March of Dimes works to help alleviate these rates.
