A woman was critically injured when she was struck by a car while crossing the street. She was in a crosswalk. The vehicle failed to stop and fled the scene, police said.
The suspect was driving a grey or champagne colored, four-door car with an Illinois license plate that may have the numbers 621800 on it in some combination. The vehicle may also have front end damage near the hood or windshield.
