The shooting occurred in the 2100 block of East 97th Street just before 9 p.m., police said.
A 15-year-old and a 17-year-old were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, both in "stable" condition. A 16-year-old was taken to Univeristy of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital in serious condition, according to police and fire officials.
The shooting happened near Merrill Playground Park, which is located on 97th Street, maps show.
Their genders were not immediately known.
Area South detectives are investigating.
