Blueberry Blast Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
