Coffee may have more calories than you think

That morning cup of coffee may contain up to one-fifth of your daily recommended calories.

A product testing group in the United Kingdom found some coffee drinks weigh in at nearly 400 calories. Researchers say full-fat milk, cream and chocolate are to blame. Some coffee drinks contain more calories and fat than a fast food hamburger.

Looking for a leaner choice? They recommend a skimmed milk cappuccino. It has just under 30 calories.
