Woman rescued from Lincoln Park lagoon

A woman is recovering after being rescued from the Lincoln Park lagoon. Chicago fire fighters were called to the park at around 10 a.m. Friday when emergency crews arrived, the woman was struggling in the frigid water.

Using a ladder, two firefighters got into the water and got her out and made sure she was OK before hoisting her to the ledge in a basket.

The woman was then taken to the hospital, where she is in stable condition.
