Acai

This fruit comes from a palm tree and contains high levels of fibers that cleanse and detoxify the body of infectious toxins. It boosts energy levels, improves mental clarity and focus, provides the vital vitamins, promotes healthy sleep and increases sexual desire and focus. Acai has been known to fight cancerous cells; it slows the aging process by promoting younger-looking skin, maintains healthy heart function, improves circulation and stabilizes normal blood sugar levels.

Papaya

This fruit is rich in antioxidants, vitamin B, folate, pantothetic acid, potassium and magnesium. It increases the body's resistance to coughs and colds and treats ear infections and the flu.
