Young shooting victim released from hospital

CHICAGO Police say the child was inside her home near 89th and Houston when a bullet shattered a window. The girl was hit in the back.

Police later picked up a 15-year-old boy on a curfew violation but realized he matched a description of the shooting suspect.

Officers say witnesses indentified the teen as the shooter in a police lineup.

He's now in jail, charged in the case and being held on a $450,000 bond.
