There may be another cougar prowling around the city's Northwest Side. Chicago police are investigating an unconfirmed sighting not far from where officers shot and killed a cougar two weeks ago.

Residents in the Ravenswood community say they saw a cougar near the intersection of California and Lawrence on Wednesday at about 3:30 a.m.

The sighting is just off the banks of the north branch of the Chicago River near the southeast corner of River Park.
