Police say a gang kingpin, Shawn Betts, is among 55 suspects arrested in a crackdown nicknamed "Operation: Capital Hill."
Police released surveillance video Thursday afternoon. Investigators say this is one of the biggest crackdown of its kind in Chicago. They seized a large amount of drugs. They also seized cash, guns and vehicles.
