Sunday was a day of memorial in Chicago's Chinatown neighborhood for the victims of a devastating earthquake in Asia.Organizations and community members gathered in the Chinatown square Sunday afternoon to pay tribute to the 65,000 people that died when the powerful earthquake rocked China's southwest region in May.

ABC7 Chicago's Linda Yu served as the mistress of ceremonies.

Many of those in attendance Sunday contributed to a relief fund that raised $500,000 for the earthquake victims.
