A second vehicle then struck the victim.
The dead woman was identified as Tanika Coleman of the 4200-block of West Adams Street.
No one was in custody Sunday evening.

CHICAGO Police say an SUV driver made two u-turns in the 4600-block of West Madison Street about 9:15 p.m. before striking the woman. That impact sent her into oncoming traffic.
