Paratransit users have complained about poor service, untrained drivers and unreliable scheduling. Riders are particularly unhappy with Pace's computer scheduling system which crashed soon after it was installed.
Disabled riders also say they do not understand the zone system that Pace uses. Such complaints have prompted the regional transportation authority to investigate Pace's handling of the paratransit service.
