The suspect told two bank employees he had a gun and tied them up. After he ran away with the money, the employees managed to break free and call police.
A search is under way for the suspect, and police were working on a description.
Glencoe bank robbed at gunpoint
GLENCOE, Ill.
The robbery took place at the Chase Bank branch along Green Bay Road in Glencoe just around closing time Thursday night.
