Bernice King and Martin Luther King III claim that Dexter King, the estate's administrator, is refusing to provide them with documents concerning the estate's operations. According to the lawsuit, that includes financial records, contracts, financial affairs and other documents.
The lawsuit claims Dexter King and the estate "converted substantial funds from the estate's financial account" for their own use" without notifying his siblings.
Dexter King has 30 days to respond.
