Aging does not deter sex life

Sixty-eight percent of men between the ages of 57 and 85 reported having sex last year, as did 42 percent of women.

University of Chicago researchers say healthy people can have reasonably satisfying sexual health for most of their lives.

Deterrents are usually illness and certain medications as well as having physical problems and mental health issues.

The study is published in the The Journal of Sexual Medicine.
