Missing 50-year-old woman found

CHICAGO Fifty-year-old Michelle Payne was last seen August 4 near Kedzie and 5th Avenue. She was found at a mental facility at Roosevelt and First Avenue Tuesday afternoon

Her family says she has a mental disability.
