The Illinois Department of Transportation plans to open all three lanes in both directions from Lake Cook Road to the Kennedy Expressway this weekend.
Right now, only two lanes are open between Old Orchard and the Kennedy. Some lanes will be closed during the overnight hours to finish resurfacing until the end of September.
