Man drowns in window well after floods

OAK LAWN It happened Saturday in Oak Lawn. Eighty-three-year-old Eduardas Jokubauskas was trying to bail water out of a window well when he accidentally fell in and drowned.

His home was less than a block from the flooded Stony Creek in Oak Lawn.
