Employees fired for sex at work sue manager

Two former Neiman-Marcus employees fired for having sex at work are now suing the manager of that store. They claim the manager in Northbrook captured the encounter with a hidden camera, and shared the video with others, then he posted it on the internet.

Steven Chalen and Veronica Miranda are asking for damages, claiming emotional distress and a violation of Illinois' Eavesdropping Law.

Neiman Marcus has no comment on the lawsuit.
