CHICAGO --
Chicago police have made an arrest in the murder of a North Side restaurant owner. Police are charging 50-year-old David Sidener of Evansville, Indiana, with the October 15th murder and robbery at Lucca's restaurant on North Southport. Co-owner Randall Hillerbrand was found beaten to death in the basement of the eatery.
Police took Sidener into custody in Evansville earlier this week before they formally charged him Friday morning with the crime. He is due in court Friday for a bond hearing.
