A new study finds women who get migraines are far less likely than other women to develop breast cancer. Researchers believe hormones may play a role.

Women with higher levels of estrogen in their blood have higher levels of breast cancer.

Migraines are often triggered by low levels of estrogen.

The study appears in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention.
